Ametek Solartron’s battery cyclers have created a new category of battery test equipment. These unique battery cyclers have specialized built-in circuitry that removes the need for costly and space consuming cabinets; allowing cycler modules to be positioned precisely where they are needed, close to climate chambers, test fixtures etc. Stand-alone models include SI-9300R-SA and SI-6200.

These flexible systems have all the facilities of standard cyclers plus they can now be located precisely where needed near test fixture and climate chambers:

• Aspire Energy software platform.
• Built-in EIS (Impedance) measurements per channel
• Fast data acquisition speed tests on all channels using Solartron’s patented direct to disk technology.
• Cyclers store data without PC assistance, enabling detailed analysis of pulse waveforms on all channels.

• Much shorter cable runs vs. centralized cabinet-based systems – increasing lab space and EIS performance
• Easier cell connection
