    TOPTICA’s frequency-converted diode lasers reach deep-UV wavelengths as short as 190 nm. By providing essential wavelengths like 193 nm, 213 nm, 257 nm or 405 nm in pure cw-TEM00-mode quality, the DLC TA-SHG pro and DLC TA-FHG pro are ideal UV/RGB solutions for testing and inspection or advanced material processing, e.g. lithography patterning. In addition, white-light holography is served with our tunable solutions around 457 nm, 532 nm and 647 nm. The lasers provide more than enough power for each application. On top of that, they are much easier to handle at considerably lower operating costs.

    Toptica TA-SHG pro High-power, tunable, frequency-doubled diode laser

    The Toptica TA-SHG pro system comprises a tunable diode laser, a high power semiconductor (TA) and an integrated frequency doubling stage (SHG pro). Alternatively, it is available with a fiber (FA) or Raman fiber (RFA) amplifier. The SHG stage is a folded ring cavity in bow-tie configuration with excellent thermal and mechanical stability. The system now includes fully-automated push-button coupling optimization into the TA chip, the SHG cavity and the output fiber, as well as output power stabilization. It provides tunable laser radiation for spectroscopy, laser cooling, optical data storage, holography and interferometry.

    The industrial-grade, continuous-wave Toptica TopWave deep-UV laser system provides 300 mW output power at a wavelength of 266 nm with excellent power stability and highest reliability. Its complete UV beam path, including the resonant doubling cavity, is enclosed in a specially sealed compartment. In combination with a fully automated shifter of the doubling crystal it enables a typical lifetime of > 10,000 hours, which is key for the use in any industrial application. Consistent beam quality (M² < 1.3) is provided by an optimized beam shaping setup which is also integrated inside the sealed UV section. To avoid contamination of the exit window in non-cleanroom environments the user can connect his purge line to the provided interface.
