Lastek is pleased to announce it has has been appointed distributor in Australia and New Zealand for Eitzenberger GmbH, of Wessobrunn, Germany.

Eitzenberger EZ-0117 XY-Stage

In the design of the Eitzenberger EZ-0117 XY-Stage, particular emphasis was placed on a cost-conscious design combined with high accuracy requirements. The treads for the air bearings are covered with bellows to prevent the ingress of particles, making the EZ-0117 particularly suitable for particle-loaded applications.

Eitzenberger EZ-0714 XY-Gantry Stage

Eitzenberger EZ-0715 High Precision Gantry

The Eitzenberger EZ-0715 High Precision Gantry is designed for high precision applications. Incremental measuring systems (Heidenhain LIP6 G0) and an optimized design allow a positioning accuracy of ± 250 nm and a repeatability of ± 25 nm for the single axes.

Eitzenberger EZ-0730 High Precision Impulse Decoupled Stage

Intelligent design gives the Eitzenberger EZ-0730 High Precision Impulse Decoupled Stage  maximum rigidity and excellent repeatability, minimizing axis crosstalk.

Eitzenberger EZ-0745 ZC-Axis

The Eitzenberger EZ-0745 air- bearing ZC-Axis is intended for integration into an XY-stage (e.g. EZ-0715). Due to the highly integrated design, only a low overall height of approx. 138 mm is required.

Eitzenberger EZ-4360 ZC-Motion System

The Eitzenberger EZ-4360 ZC-Motion System was developed as kinematics for measuring rotationally symmetrical components. The test object is positioned and rotated on a rotary table while the measuring head is moved vertically via a high-precision air-bearing axis.

Eitzenberger EZ-2352-066 Linear Axis

Highly integrated construction and compact design make the Eitzenberger EZ-2352-066 Linear Axis versatile for high-precision positioning tasks with limited installation space. Despite its compactness, the axis offers good load capacities and tilting moments.

Eitzenberger EZ-2352-094 Linear Axis

Compact design, high load capacity and very high positioning accuracy are the outstanding features of the Eitzenberger EZ-2352-094 Linear Axis. The air bearing axis is designed for small to medium strokes with loads up to 150 N.

Eitzenberger EZ-2352-094V Linear Axis

Compact design, high load capacity and very high positioning accuracy are the outstanding features of the Eitzenberger EZ-2352-094V Linear Axis. The air bearing axis is designed for small to medium strokes with loads up to 100 N. A pneumatic, air-bearing cylinder serves as a static counterweight.

Eitzenberger EZ-2542 Linear Axis

The Eitzenberger EZ-2542 Linear Axis is designed for loads of up to 200 N. A key feature of the axis is the angular arrangement of the air-bearing surfaces, which enables the very compact design. The slide is magnetically preloaded and dynamically driven by a Tecnotion UM9 N linear motor.

Eitzenberger EZ-4360 Linear Axis

The Eitzenberger EZ-4360 Linear Axis was originally designed for use in measuring machines and for moving optical components. The almost 300 mm long slide travels on the granite with bearings located far to the outside, allowing the transmission of high tilting moments.

Eitzenberger EZ-0675 Rotary Table

With its basic dimensions of 115 x 115 mm, the Eitzenberger EZ-0675 Rotary Table is a very compact air bearing rotary table. The EZ-0675 is particularly suitable for precise positioning tasks in measuring machines or, mounted on linear axes, for aligning components or optical devices when being placed on linear axes.

Eitzenberger EZ-0275 Rotary Table

The Eitzenberger EZ-0275 Rotary Table is a long proven, direct-driven rotary table of medium size. Due to the torque motor (IDAM RMF 2- or 3-phase) dynamic applications up to 660 rpm can be realized. The rotary table is particularly suitable for applications requiring very precise rotary motion and high repeatability requirements.

Eitzenberger EZ-0570 Rotary Table

Due to its high load capacity (up to 2,200 N axial/radial), the Eitzenberger EZ-0570 Rotary Table is particularly suitable for high precission positioning of heavy loads up to 40 kg. Among other applications, the rotary table is preferably used for measuring tasks with non-contact measuring systems.

Eitzenberger EZ-0778 Rotary Table

The Eitzenberger EZ-0778 Rotary Table features high axial and radial load capacity and stiffness. Due to the low error motion of < 100 nm, the table is ideal for rotary motion in high-precision machining processes.

Eitzenberger EZ-0779 Rotary Table

The Eitzenberger EZ-0779 Rotary Table with high axial load capacity and axial/radial error motion below 100 nm was originally developed for use in wafer processing; it is suitable for a wide range of applications. The direct- drive rotary table is equipped with a powerful water- cooled torque motor.

Eitzenberger EZ-RP201 Rotary Table

With an axial error movement of < 30 nm and a radial error movement of < 50 nm, the Eitzenberger EZ-RP201 rotary table series meets the highest requirements for concentricity.

Eitzenberger EZ-1250 Spindle

The Eitzenberger EZ-1250 Spindle was developed specifically for the requirements of the optics industry. It offers exceptional rotational accuracy and is suitable for all high-precision machining and finishing operations.

Eitzenberger EZ-0053 Standard bearings

The Eitzenberger Standard bearings EZ-0053 bearing pads are standard round air bearings with high load capacity and low air consumption, optimized for high stiffness and good damping. The bearing pads move on an air film of 3 to 7 µm.

Eitzenberger EZ-0072 Rectangular bearings

The Eitzenberger Rectangular bearings EZ-0072 are standard rectangular air bearings with high load capacity and low air consumption. Due to their narrow contour, they have an advantage over standard bearings when it comes to making optimum use of small installation spaces.

Eitzenberger EZ-0075 Rectangular bearings

The narrow design of the Eitzenberger Rectangular bearings EZ-0075 allows space-saving installation while maintaining high load-bearing capacity. In terms of stiffness and damping, the bearing pads are comparable to our standard bearings; the air film on which the bearing pads move is between 3 and 7 µm.

Eitzenberger EZ-0300 Clean room bearings

The Eitzenberger Clean room bearings EZ-0300 have an integrated particle extraction system. Very small particles, such as swirled-up dust from the pores of microporous hard stone slabs, can be sucked off the running surface directly during operation.

Eitzenberger EZ-GS0760 Dynamic Wafer Stage

The Eitzenberger EZ-GS0760 wafer stage has been developed for high-dynamic processes, such as laser fuse cutting. It offers excellent repeatability, optimal accuracy, and exceptional dynamic performance.

Eitzenberger's Dynamic Wafer Stage: Increased dynamics with double pulse decoupling
