The already excellent sensitivity limits of HighFinesse Linewidth Analyzers can now be reduced even more by combining two Analyzer instruments with sophisticated software algorithms.
The upcoming low-noise option opens access to analyze ulta-narrow lasers approaching linewidths of 1 Hz.
