The Tucsen Photonics Gemini 8KTDI is a new-generation TDI camera developed by Tucsen to address the challenging inspection. The Gemini not only offers outstanding sensitivity in the UV range but also takes the lead in applying 100G CoF technology to TDI cameras, significantly improving line scan rates. Additionally, it features Tucsen’s stable and reliable cooling and noise-reduction technology, providing more consisten and accurate data for inspections.

Tucsen Photonics Dhyana 9KTDI Pro (shortened as D 9KTDI Pro) is a back-illuminated TDI camera based on advanced sCMOS back-illuminated thinning and TDI (Time Delay Integration) technology. It employs reliable and stable cooling packaging technology, covering a wide spectral range from 180nm ultraviolet to 1100nm near infrared. This effectively enhances the capabilities for ultraviolet TDI line scanning and low light scanning detection, aiming to provide more efficient and stable detection support for applications such as semiconductor wafer defect detection, semiconductor material defect detection, and gene sequencing.

The Tucsen Photonics Dhyana 9KTDI adopts a new generation of back-illuminated TDI sCMOS technology with a spectral response capability of 200-1100nm, which can be used in ultraviolet, visible and near-infrared imaging. TDI technology brings extremely high SNR in low light applications, and the high-speed line frequency of up to 510kHz@9K greatly improves the visual detection efficiency.
