FEMTO: The proven-in-use DLPVA voltage amplifiers are now also available with a 500 kHz bandwidth

The proven and versatile voltage amplifiers of the FEMTO DLPVA series are now also available with a bandwidth of 500 kHz. The new sub-series is called DLPVA-500 and is likewise extremely low-noise while simultaneously offering a higher bandwidth. Only the broadband noise is inevitably slightly greater than that of the DLPVA-101 with a 100 kHz bandwidth.

With the new DLPVA-101-B, -F and -BLN models, FEMTO offers sensitive voltage amplifiers for the precise measurement of small voltage signals. The devices replace the corresponding DLPVA-100 variants and are characterized by significantly lower noise, in some cases by an order of magnitude lower, while the range of functions and operation remain identical.

FEMTO: Wideband Voltage Amplifier Series HVA

For optimum signal-to-noise performance choose an amplifier with sufficient bandwidth corresponding to the required signal bandwidth. However, keep in mind that unnecessary high bandwidth introduces more wideband noise. Therefore, FEMTOoffers HVA Voltage Amplifiers with three different upper cut-off frequencies to match individual measurement requirements. And as with all FEMTO Adjustable-Gain Amplifiers the bandwidth remains constant when switching between the different gain settings which is very important for measuring fast signals and pulses.

  • FEMTO: Logarithmic Wideband Voltage Amplifier HLVA-100

FEMTO: Logarithmic Wideband Voltage Amplifier HLVA-100

The FEMTOHLVA-100 offers a wide dynamic range of up to 80 dB. With a DC coupled input and a rise and fall time of just 5 ns the HLVA-100 is the ideal tool for the measurement of fast and high dynamic pulses. The input voltage noise is extremely low with just 2 nV/√Hz. The logarithmic gain curve offers high gain for small input signals and relatively low gain for high input signals. Therefore the HLVA-100 is the ideal amplifier for signals with high dynamic range and applications in which a signal compression is desired.

  • FEMTO: 100/200 MHz Wideband Voltage Amplifier Series DHPVA

FEMTO: 100/200 MHz Wideband Voltage Amplifier Series DHPVA

FEMTO's series of DHPVA wideband amplifiers offers an outstanding combination of extraordinary qualities: variable gain up to x1,000, 100 or 200 MHz bandwidth independent of the chosen gain setting, exceptional gain flatness, very low noise and the low offset drift of a precision amplifier. This combination makes the DHPVA amplifiers the perfect choice for all applications where amplifiers with almost ideal characteristics are needed. The sensitivity of oscilloscopes and AD converters is increased many times without affecting the shape of the signals to be measured.

The temperature drift of the input offset voltage is one of the decisive characteristics for the quality of a DC voltage amplifier. FEMTO DLPVA Voltage Amplifiers have the DC performance of precision amplifiers. Therefore, even the 100 dB gain is well suited for DC-coupling without the need for permanent offset voltage adjustments.
