High Energy Solid State Lasers 

At the heart of each Continuum laser system is a very high efficiency pump chamber to couple the flashlamp light into the Nd:YAG rod. Through the use of a diffuse reflector concept, Continuum is able to produce high gain with low heat buildup in the overall system. The result is superior beam quality and excellent passive beam pointing stability without the use of the costly active locking technology used by other companies. Surelite Series: Proven Performance and Reliability

The Surelite has been Continuum's best selling small laser for over ten years, and is the world's high energy Nd:YAG laser of choice in its class. It’s not surprising when you consider how much performance, value and flexibility this reliable Surelite Series offers. With performance ranging from 450 mJ - 850 mJ at 1064 nm and harmonic options for 532 nm, 355 nm and 266 nm output as well as an injection seeding option, the Surelite has been used for Lidar, photolysis, ablation, spectroscopy and as a pump source for tunable dye, and OPO lasers.

Inlite Series : Industrial Q-switched Nd:YAG laser system

Continuum introduces a new, high energy YAG laser platform designed for Industrial and OEM applications. Providing high levels of performance, Inlite features a hardened design for reliable operation in harsh environments, a robust structure ensuring long-term thermal and mechanical stability, a modular power supply in both rack mount and tower configurations, and easy flashlamp replacement without realignment of the laser oscillator. The system comes in a compact package. Options and accessories are available to simplify integration. Inlites are perfect for remote sensing, sample testing, mass spectroscopy, LIF, LIBS and other high energy applications.

Minilite Series: first turn-key Nd:YAG laser priced for the lab

The Minilite series of high energy Q-switched laser systems provides high levels of performance while maintaining a very reasonable price point. The Minilite™ is designed for new and existing users of high energy lasers allowing easy operation, simple external control and compact size. Minlites are used for remote sensing, sample testing, mass spectroscopy, LIF and laser flash photolysis.
