Phaseview's MicroPhase is a flexible instrument, turning any microscope in a 3D visualization and measurement device without alteration of the microscope’s observation modes. Like a usual video CCD camera, it fits on any microscope with its standard C-mount adaptor without any additional optics or accessories. MicroPhase® provides sharp & crisp digital images in real time, featuring automatic calibration, auto-focus and all necessary tools for digital image documentation. Accurate calibration is achieved using an automated procedure and stored in an internal memory to prevent any losses.

 

High resolution BF, DF, Ph, DIC, and 3D images can be produced with MicroPhase® attached to an optical microscope equipped with conventional bright field objectives using digital phase contrast technique. Working within or beyond objective depth of field, MicroPhase® can perform 3D Z-stack acquisition in remarkable fast and easy way whatever your sample preparation, provides tools for monitoring morphological changes in living cells, and for easy segmentation for cell counting and volume measurement. MicroPhase® reveals finest structural details without specialized optics, provides on-click image documentation with multiple views, performs automatic image fusion (Extended Depth of Field), allows a user to make an extensive set of 2D measurements and edit a measurement report.

Non contact optical surface profiling is highly repeatable. MicroPhase® performs 3D analysis of smooth & rough surfaces micrometer and nanometer range, including measurement of profile and surface roughness, waviness and step height measurements. MicroPhase® is the quickest and easiest way for surface topography measurements compared to complex, bulky and expensive systems.
